Poor experience

Unreliable

This provider and service is deeply unreliable. I have booked out a month of sessions and they were all cancelled. My prior therapist stopped working for NOCD. This service is terrible

I love Ruth never had a therapist so amazing and explain techniques properly, I think she will be the one who I hit my fully recovery with I'm so happy to work with her!!

Cathy is amazing! She is so great at relating to my son (9 years old) and making therapy feel less boring for him. His OCD scores are down 75% from where we started! Cathy is warm, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are lucky to have her!

Amazing therapist and program

When I come to Melanie, I had suffered a relapse in my OCD. She took the time to fully explore and ask questions about my OCD to see where to dive into therapy. 2 Months later, although OCD is still there, she has showed and taught me ways to manage it in my everyday life. In our sessions she focuses on the OCD, but also takes time to know her clients and ask about everyday life. She’s a 10/10 therapist and anyone who has her is truly lucky!

Wonderful and Caring Therapist

I have been a lifelong sufferer of ocd and Teresa is helping me so much not only handling my ocd but also helping me manage my life stressors too. She has so much insight into ocd and has such an understanding of this illness. I am so thankful to be paired with her and look forward to meeting with her and always feel better after my sessions and have so much more hope that I can use the tools to not allow ocd to dictate my life. Even just a handful of sessions helped

My therapist Michele Anuszkiewicz was super helpful even in just a handful of sessions. She did a great job of balancing listening and supporting without reinforcing obsessive thoughts or compulsive mental rituals. I felt like she was able to work with all the different OCD themes I experience, and had creative ideas for exposures.

Lisa has been an amazing therapist

I am so glad I was able to go on this journey with Lisa as my therapist. She was always so patient, helpful and understanding. She would continually check in with me via message in the days/weeks that I wasn’t scheduled to meet with her to make sure I was okay and maintained progress. She would give ERP homework after each session which was a huge help to me, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my wellbeing.

NOCD has made a world of difference in my everyday life

Starting therapy can be really overwhelming, especially when you're trying to navigate something like OCD. However, NOCD has made the beginning of this journey quick and seamless. I feel like I've learned so much about OCD in such little time and already have actionable practices I can use to help myself navigate my intrusive thoughts and compulsions in my day-to-day life. My therapist, Monica, has been a great informative resource and source of encouragement. I feel like I can bring any thoughts and concerns to our session and never worry about receiving judgment for the things I say. I don't think I realised just how vital it is to work with a therapist who understands the intricacies of OCD; it truly does make a world of difference.
