Amazing therapist and program
When I come to Melanie, I had suffered a relapse in my OCD. She took the time to fully explore and ask questions about my OCD to see where to dive into therapy. 2 Months later, although OCD is still there, she has showed and taught me ways to manage it in my everyday life. In our sessions she focuses on the OCD, but also takes time to know her clients and ask about everyday life. She’s a 10/10 therapist and anyone who has her is truly lucky!

My therapist Michele Anuszkiewicz was super helpful even in just a handful of sessions. She did a great job of balancing listening and supporting without reinforcing obsessive thoughts or compulsive mental rituals. I felt like she was able to work with all the different OCD themes I experience, and had creative ideas for exposures.

Lisa has been an amazing therapist
I am so glad I was able to go on this journey with Lisa as my therapist. She was always so patient, helpful and understanding. She would continually check in with me via message in the days/weeks that I wasn’t scheduled to meet with her to make sure I was okay and maintained progress.
