About

I understand the pain you're experiencing is very real. I'll walk with you through each step of recovery. My approach to OCD therapy is compassionate, understanding, and empathic, with no judgment. I'll teach you how to handle the shame and guilt that can come with OCD, normalizing your feelings and validating your experience. NOCD is here to support you with blogs, groups, videos, a messaging portal, and member advocates. I also treat adults with anxiety and depression, BFRBs (body-focused repetitive behaviors), and eating disorders, and I have experience working with couples and families.
