I wasn’t sure I was ever going to find the right therapist for OCD until I met Aura Restrepo! She’s patient, non-judgemental and very knowledgeable. Every session she has an action plan for me and also homework that helped me tackle my fears. I had so much shame which caused me to not seek help for years and now when I look back at my past self I can see how much improvement I made. Definitely recommend Aura as a therapist and so happy that NOCD exists!
