I'm a collaborative and person-centered therapist who is creative in treatment planning and goal-setting. Together, we'll create a treatment plan to increase your skills at combating OCD and reducing your symptoms. I'm easy to talk with and work from a non-judgmental space. Being honest is the best way to help me help you best. I also treat anxiety disorders, phobias, BFRBs, and trauma.
