Licensed Therapist, MS, LPC, LMHC
My approach to treating OCD is collaborative and empathetic. I pride myself in empowering the people I work with. When I'm not doing therapy, I enjoy traveling all over the world and learning about different cultures. I especially enjoy going on cruises with my family.

I'm passionate about helping people overcome their OCD symptoms and regain control over their thoughts and behaviors.
Becoming a therapist was a calling for me because I'm passionate about ameliorating distress in others. I believe everyone deserves to live a satisfying and fulfilling life, and I wanted to play a role in helping people achieve that. Throughout my life, I've had a natural inclination toward listening to and empathizing with individuals struggling with mental health conditions and life transitions. I'm constantly inspired by the resilience and strength of my clients.
I became an OCD therapist because OCD is often misdiagnosed, and many individuals suffer for years before finding the appropriate treatment. I'm passionate about helping people overcome their OCD symptoms and regain control over their thoughts and behaviors. Being an OCD therapist allows me to make a meaningful difference in quality of life, and seeing the people I work with progress and achieve their treatment goals is incredibly rewarding. Overall, I feel honored and privileged to help people on their journey toward recovery and improved mental health
I've provided mental health treatment in several settings, including outpatient community clinics, inpatient hospitalization, and supportive housing facilities. I'm experienced in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders.
You will be provided with ERP, which is an evidence-based practice for OCD. I know that OCD is a difficult condition to deal with, but I will be right alongside you throughout your journey.
I have many years of experience practicing mental health counseling, and I will not judge you by any of your thoughts or behaviors. I know that OCD is pushing you to have these intrusive thoughts. I commend you in seeking help.
