As a lifelong consumer of therapy and medication, I know what it's like to share personal things with someone you've never met. What if that person doesn't understand? What if that person judges me? This is a judgment-free zone. I treat OCD with patience and empathy. Change doesn't happen overnight; it's a process. I'll guide you in responding to intrusive thoughts and feeling less like you're reacting to them. My other focus areas include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, chronic and severe mental illness, and domestic violence.
