Ever since I started sessions with Jessie, I feel like I have my life back. I came to NOCD barely able to breathe because of the anxiety living with OCD brought me each day. Now, my psychosomatic symptoms and daily anxiety/compulsions (taking hours away from each day) caused by my health OCD have drastically decreased, and we're working on a plan to address other areas OCD infiltrates (or tries to infiltrate!) in my life. I'm filled with hope lately even if not every day is easy. Thanks, Jessie and thanks, NOCD!
