About

My approach to treating OCD is compassionate and client-centered, utilizing the structure of ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). I prioritize creating a supportive and empathetic environment, ensuring you feel understood and valued. I'll tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences. Our therapy is evidence-based, and I'm dedicated to providing you with the support and tools needed for progress. In addition to OCD, I have a strong background in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly on sexual orientation-based stress and gender identity. I also specialize in treating depression and anxiety disorders.
