I come from a family of helping professionals. I've personally experienced anxiety throughout my lifetime and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. If I can help someone live with anxiety, OCD, or anything else, I find it enormously rewarding. As a therapist, I bring understanding and compassion to our sessions. I will meet you where you are.
