I will focus on building a solid foundation of honesty, trust, and respect as we explore the experiences that bring you to therapy. I studied child psychology and education, then pursued a career in teaching before becoming a therapist. In addition to OCD, my areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, relational trauma, attachment disorders, and eating disorders.
