My approach to OCD therapy involves looking at thoughts and behaviors, then focusing on changing behaviors and tolerating distress caused by thoughts. I also specialize in post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. The aspect of my job I find most gratifying is when people have "lightbulb" moments when they realize they don't have to live in fear, anticipation, or shame forever.
