I know how difficult it can be to overcome OCD, and I enjoy helping members get back to living the lives they want. I use empathy and compassion to help members face their fears and respond to their thoughts differently. It takes courage to face your fears, and we will work at the pace that works for you. Therapy is a judgment-free zone, and you can build trust in the process over time. I also provide therapy for anxiety disorders, depression and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs).
