I genuinely enjoyed my sessions even though at times it could be difficult to come to terms with somethings I deal with mentally. My therapist thoroughly explained why I may feel the way I do and helped to understand that it’s not me personally, it’s the OCD. I have recommended NOCD to many of my friends and even people at work. I greatly appreciate my therapist and all of her hard work!

I’m only a couple of months into my therapy and brand new to ERP. I am working through feelings, memories, and fears I recently realized that I have. The work with my therapist has given me tools that I have used and I am making progress. I have had to use the SOS button, and that has helped me tremendously when wanting to act on compulsions.

This program has helped my daughter tremendously! Noelle has been great, very caring and knows how to connect with my teenage daughter. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the 48 hrs cancellation fee. I wish that would change to 24 hrs because a lot can happen in 2 days, specially during summer time and 48 hrs doesn’t seem very fair.
